The Neuro Rehabilitation Services at Chankanai Divisional Hospital.

The Neuro Rehabilitation Unit at Chankanai DivisionalHospital. IMHO USA has donated equipment for Neuro Rehabilitation at Chankanai Divisional Hospital and is paying for the services of a physical therapist. It is the only inpatient Rehabilitation unit equipped with telemetry services for neurorehabilitation in the northern province. Currently about 7 inpatients and 17 outpatients are receiving treatment. On discharge Patients needing assistive devices are being provided with them as well. January 2024.
