The Smart Board is a type of interactive whiteboard that allows teachers to write on the board, annotate PDFs and images, control software applications, share videos, websites, and other resources without having to switch between devices or applications. This type of board can be used with a computer and projector to create a digital chalkboard or whiteboard. Moreover, Smart Boards are interactive devices that help capture the attention of students and increases the school attendance. It gives teachers a platform to use multimedia, animations, and other visuals to make learning more interesting for the students. Smart Boards are a great tool for teachers and students alike. IMHO USA and Ratnam Foundation has delivered 113 Smart Boards to Northern, Eastern, North Central, and Central provinces in Sri Lanka. Another 39 boards have been approved and we have requests for 16 more boards.
