Visions Sri Lanka is thrilled to announce the successful completion of the second 4-day Residential Leadership Development Training in collaboration with IMHO USA! From October 17th to 20th, 45 inspiring A/L students from five schools in the Kalkuda Zone of Batticaloa District participated in a 36-hour immersive program. As part of this Residential Leadership Development Training, a special cultural exchange event was held with education stakeholders from the Uva Province!
Focused on leadership, communication, decision-making, and career planning, these incredible young leaders took their first steps towards building a brighter future!
