Community-Centric Cancer Awareness and Early Detection Project – Kilinochchi. On the 17th. of August, we successfully conducted another NCD screening programme at Vaddakkachchi, Kilinochchi, with a total of 192 participants: •Male: 59, •Female: 133. All female participants underwent breast screening and were also assessed for cervical cancer screening, and 38 individuals with concerning signs were advised Pap smears.• All participants were screened for oral cancer and thyroid malignancy. Around 20 individuals with premalignant lesions or conditions were referred to CEDC for further evaluation, including biopsy, breast ultrasound, abdominal scan, and thyroid scan.• One individual with malena was referred for additional medical assessment. We were honored by the participation of Prof. Srisala and Prof. Raviraj from the University of Jaffna, whose presence greatly enriched the program.
