Furniture Repair Project, Batticaloa West Educational Zone 2024. A Pedagogical Approach to Teaching through repairing the essentially needed furniture for the students and teachers in the school. 15 schools were selected from the Batticaloa West educational zone based on the priority needs of the schools with the consent of the Zonal education office. This project will benefit a total of 7151 students and 441 teachers, and 1041 tables and 1129 chairs will be repaired. The total cost of the project is 4.7 million LKR. (US $14,600). January 2024.
