Hotel reservations:

We have blocked rooms at Adria Hotel , 221-17 Northern Blvd, Bayside, Ny 11361 ( king and Queen size beds) and Best Western, 220-33 Northern Blvd, Bayside, Ny 11361 ( rooms with 2 double beds)  for the June 14 th and 15th. The rate is $145 / night including breakfast Please do the reservations before the May 14th to get the special rate.

Note: During the reservation, please identify yourself as group: “International Medical Health Organization” in order to receive the special discounted rate for the group.  All reservations must be received by 05.14.19.  Any reservations received after this date will be honored on a space available basis at the prevailing rate.
